Jackie Geatches IIST IIHHT HND is a highly qualified Sports Massage Therapist with over 15 years clinical experience, assessing and treating a very wide range of injuries and conditions.

She has a HND in Sport, Health and Exercise and worked with the Bury Rugby club first team for 13 years.

Sports Massage therapy promotes recovery from injury, reduces stiffness/tightness in damaged and tired muscles, reduces pain and swelling symptoms and promotes improved sporting performance.  Regular sessions can aid injury prevention.

She also practices holistic massage and reflexology, relieving everyday stresses and creating a general feeling of well being.
