Accounts can be sent direct to some insurance companies if a membership and claim number is provided at the start of treatment. This service does not affect the patient’s responsibility for the account, and if for any reason the insurance company does not reimburse the clinic, the patient will be expected to settle the claim in full. We are not able to send accounts directly to all insurance companies .
