Personal Training

Personal Training with Ben

After overcoming a battle with cancer and the challenges that I faced during this time, I want to share just how important physical activity is and create a world where everyone can thrive both physically and mentally in all they do.

I believe that by combining physical activity with a balanced lifestyle, a true happiness can be found that gives us the strength to face any challenge ahead. Physical activity was instrumental in supporting me through riding the crashing waves of the ‘C’ and getting my health back.

My experience has enthused me to share my passion and inspire others to achieve what is most important to them. I love to help make a difference to people’s lives.

The way I go about achieving this is by creating concise and fun tailored made programmes and sessions for my clients to enjoy physical activity that’s personalised to their needs.

Using my 17 years’ experience, I deliver good quality researched based sessions and programmes for my clients with empathy, to utilise their time in the most effective way possible, whilst ensuring we have fun along the way.

As a Personal Trainer, I believe everyone can benefit completing exercise and by working together, we can create the perfect plan to fit your lifestyle and celebrate success.

What else is considered?

Over viewing your lifestyle and how this can have an effect on achieving what’s important to you

  • Diet – what you eat, volume of food and the balance of food choices
  • Stress – and it’s effects on the body overtime
  • Sleep – looking at your sleeping patterns; do you get enough/too much and the quality of your sleep
  • Flexibility – range of motion around our joints and how this can affect posture and how we move
  • Injuries – past, present and prevention
  • Goal setting – finding out what inspires you to achieve your goals in a time-frame that matches your lifestyle

If you have not done a lot of exercise of late, it is never too late to start to look after your health and wellbeing!

We work with many mature people with medical conditions and adapt exercises to suit all fitness levels.
