Weight loss and weight management is one of the areas Emma support’s her clients with.
With the new year ahead, people often start to think of wanting to make some positive changes to their diet and lifestyle for their health and wellbeing and this often includes wanting to lose a bit of weight.
People have often tried various diets in the past, which might have worked initially, but were tricky to maintain and the weight might have gradually crept back on. Our behaviours and habits are so ingrained within us and are sometimes difficult to change alone and to maintain for the long term without some extra support.
Emma helps clients on their health journey to understand their habits, what works for them and can support them to make changes to their diet and lifestyle. It’s a very professional, personalised and encouraging approach helping clients to achieve great results.
