Bury Physio gym is a friendly and welcoming enviroment to exercise in. Whether it is to get fitter or aid recovery from injury or illness, our gym instructors can set you up on a programme designed to meet your individual goals.
Membership is £20 a month with no joining fee or contract, or £5 each time you attend, (to a maximum of £20 a month.)
You will be inducted to the gym by one of our team and if you want more structured supervision, one to one sessions with our gym instructors can be arranged for £30 for a one hour session.
Bury Physio is also running circuit classes for all abilities throughout the week run by our experienced gym instructors.
